Where do you ship from?
We are located in New Jersey. All in stock product ships out within 24 hours and usually takes 2-5 business days(for US shipping). Our shipping prices are based on weight. Purchases $50 or more receives FREE shipping (US only).
If the item does not fit correctly, can I exchange it?
Of course! We want you to LOVE your purchase. If the size is too big/small, we will accept exchanges (up to 7 days after receiving the merchandise). If the item is sold out then we will issue a store credit (not including shipping cost). The merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was shipped out to you (unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached). You are responsible for the return shipping cost which is nonrefundable.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds; we offer store credit. We accept returns on our items if they are new, unworn, and unwashed with tags still attached (up to 7 days after receiving the merchandise). We do not accept returns on accessories (headbands, hats, belts, socks, purses). Once the items are shipped back to us, we will issue a credit. You are responsible for the return shipping costs which are nonrefundable. Please provide a tracking number from a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FEDEX. We are not responsible for untraceable packages that we do not receive.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Shipping fees vary by country and we do not pay custom taxes or fees. USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate packages are typically delivered within 14 business days. How long will it take for my order to ship?
Once the purchase is made, we will process orders within 24 hours. We ship with USPS and all orders are charged by weight. We offer USPS First class mail or USPS Priority Mail (you can select at checkout). The United States Postal Services reports that it takes an average of one to three days for First-Class Mail to arrive at its destination. Priority Mail takes an average of one to two days to arrive, according to the USPS. USPS only includes the time a package stays in transit in their estimations. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking information once the order has been shipped. Pre-orders can take up to 4 weeks.
What do I do if my order shipped but I never received it?
If your tracking number says "delivered" or "out for delivery" but you still have not received your package, please contact your local USPS office via their local phone number (or your local post office if international). They will be able to help you locate your package. We will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club debit and credit cards and PayPal. Once payment is made, we will begin to process your order.
