Once the purchase is made, we will process orders within 24 hours. We ship with USPS and all orders are charged by weight. We offer USPS First class mail or USPS Priority Mail (you can select at checkout). The United States Postal Service reports that it takes an average of one to three days for First-Class Mail to arrive at its destination. Priority Mail takes an average of one to two days to arrive, according to the USPS. USPS only includes the time a package stays in transit in their estimations. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking information once the order has been shipped. Pre-orders can take up to 4 weeks.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds; we offer store credit. We accept returns on our items if they are new, unworn, and unwashed with tags still attached (up to 7 days after receiving the merchandise). We do not accept returns on accessories (headbands, hats, belts, socks, purses). Once the items are shipped back to us, we will issue a credit. You are responsible for the return shipping costs which are nonrefundable. Please provide a tracking number from a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FEDEX. We are not responsible for untraceable packages that we do not receive.
